Class Guidelines: Respect, Courtesy, Honor, Discipline, & Humility.

• Treat everyone with respect and honor.*

• Please take care of your personal hygiene. Showers, clean uniforms, deodorant and mouthwash do wonders. Avoid using perfume or cologne.*

• If you don't know someone, introduce yourself and make new members and guests feel welcome.*

• If you have a question please raise your hand and address the instructor by their requested title.*

• Please show respect to our training area by giving the proper bow when entering or leaving the training area.*

• Our school uniform is required. This promotes pride and unity of our group.*

• Everyone is expected to have/maintain their own training gear. Please see instructor on what is required for your level.*

• Only approved safety gear is allowed. Please see instructor to purchase required training equipment.*

• Do not use, touch or play with anyone's gear or weapons without their permission. Please respect others possessions. *

• We are only human. Please let the instructor know if you are working out with an injury or special need.*

• We welcome members and practitioners from other styles and organizations and we will respect others viewpoints.*

• Students are expected to inspect their gear/weapons for defects prior to their use.*

• If you have a question or concern...please let us know! You are important!*
  Please have patience with yourself...simple idea...but sometimes hard to do!*
  Leave the "macho" at the door...humility, compassion and spirit are far greater characteristics to work with!*
